About EncodeLab

EncodeLab makes precise encoding, cipher, and text-conversion tools that work without sending your input to an application server.

Useful before impressive

Every tool is designed to answer one concrete task quickly. Inputs and outputs are clearly labeled, errors explain how to fix the source, and examples show the expected format.

Private by architecture

Conversions run locally using browser APIs and deterministic TypeScript functions. EncodeLab currently has no accounts, analytics, advertising scripts, or backend input storage.

Accuracy you can inspect

Guides describe the encoding or cipher behind each result. The conversion functions are tested against representative Unicode, invalid-input, and large-number cases.

Part of the iWebTools family

EncodeLab is one of the iWebTools collection of free, privacy-first browser tools. The family also includes SimpleCalc for everyday calculators and JSONDock for JSON formatting and repair, all built with the same local-only approach.
